Mutton dressed as lamb: My contribution to the Haute Route 2016 Guide Book

As part of my work as an Haute Route ambassador, I helped the team at OC Sport (who run the event) to put together one of the articles in this year’s very nice rider’s guidebook.

The guide book is essentially a glossy mag with details of all the stages, host venues, and snippets of insight regarding the event and how best to prepare for it.

The guys at OC were aware of my blog, and particularlly of my piece about my experience of HR Alps 2015 (here). I think they’d always been intending on including an article about a typical day on the Haute Route, so it made sense that they get me involved…. As such, following a bit of a chinwag to get extra insight, and some editing and tweaking by Ben at OC, here I am in the guide!
