A blog for CyclingTorque.com: MuleFuel: The Food of a MountainMutton

I’m not just a cyclist and wordsmith; I’m also a bit of a cook.

In the first of many blogs for http://www.cyclingtorque.com, I wrote about how to make one of my favourite ride foods: Peanut butter, oat and banana bars. So i thought i’d show you how it looks here.

I’ve preserved the formatting etc of the site so apologies if it’s a little on screen. You should go an check out the site if you’re not aware of it already; its full of great content covering all sorts of bike stuff. And keep your eyes peeled for more writing from me on there too!
